Riveted conveyor chains

Riverted conveyor chains manufactured by Ketjurauma have press fitting between the pin/bushing and side plates which ensures high reliability under heavy loads. The pins and bushings have been locked against rotation by flat surfaces.

The bushings are manufactured of high-quality, low-carbon case hardening steel. After hardening process, inner and outer surfaces of the bushing are extremely wear resistant. Chain joints are automatically lubricated with special lubricants during assembly.

The pins are fixed to the outer plates using the round riveting method developed by Kejurauma resulting in a very strong joint.

Welded conveyor chains 

The pins and bushings of Ketjurauma welded chains are fixed to the chain links with automated V-braze welding. The shoulders of the pins and bushings ensure high dimensional accuracy and correct lateral gap while increasing the joint strength.
